The Front Offices at SH hotels are the heart of every hotel, and our front-of-house staff are some of the most important members of the team, because they are the first to meet our guests. They also have the first opportunity to provide them with impeccable service, and often to reflect a first glimpse of the brand’s best self.
We’re currently searching for warm, welcoming Bell Captains, both fulltime and on-callers, to come on board, someone who is great at talking to just about anyone, and prioritizes, above all, the needs of our guests. As a Bell Captain you will welcome our guests with a big smile, assist with luggage, provide personalized recommendations for our guests during their stay, and park a car or two.
